Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your parcel has shipped.

During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our standards.

Shipping:

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard Tracked – 2–5 business days – £4.90

Express Tracked – 1–2 business days – £8.90

All shipments are tracked end-to-end for peace of mind. Tracking details are provided via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping:

WILLM ships worldwide.

Delivery times depend on destination and typically range from 5–10 business days.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any local handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your parcel leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its journey.If your tracking information hasn’t updated for several days, please contact us so we can assist.
